International Tile and Marble opened as a small family business in 1984 in Norfolk Industrial Park and after 25 years is now one of the premier tile and stone importers and distributors in the state. Today, under the same ownership and leadership, it has have grown from pursuing the manufacturer to be pursued BY some of the best tile manufacturers in the world. With two stocking locations in Chesapeake and Newport News Virginia, International Tile delivers with its own trucks throughout Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina and ships via common carrier to the rest of the country.

The two showrooms are designed with the residential customer in mind with vignettes and displays that help a home owner visualize what a particular size or style will look like in their home. Both showrooms employ helpful and courteous staff members that are there to serve you.

Much of the commercial work is done in a specifier’s office. International Tile has an outside staff that assists designers and architects in selecting the correct products for the many applications of tile used commercially. While helping to select tile, they are also mindful of budget constraints, time lines, and the Green / LEED issues that are so important to every commercial specification today.
